Lucille Domineck

Mrs. Lucille Domineck 91, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020. She was born February 23, 1929, in Kelso, Arkansas, to the late Morris McFadden, and Fannie Mae (Williams) McFadden. Her husband, the late Sam Domineck, Sr. preceded her in death.

She leaves to cherish her memories: sons, Raydell McFadden of Little Rock, Arkansas; and Sam Domineck, Jr. of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; daughters, Patricia Domineck and Jean Nelson both of Little Rock, Arkansas; brothers Larry McFadden and Arthur Ray McFadden both of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; Bo McFadden of Little Rock, Arkansas; sisters, Joann Humphrey and Patricia Latimure both of Fordyce, Arkansas; 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be held Friday, April 3, 2020, at Forrest Lawn Cemetery Pine Bluff, Arkansas by Brother Jered Roberts. Services are entrusted to Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. www.brownfuneralhomeandmortuary.com.

Ira Hamilton

Ira Hamilton, age 89, of Jefferson, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab. He was born April 30, 1930 in Illmo, Missouri, to the late Walter and Gertrude DuVall Hamilton.

Ira spent many years crossing the country while working as a furniture mover for the Mayflower Trucking Company. When he wasn’t on the road, he was busy farming, gardening and spending time with his loving family. Ira spent many Sunday’s attending Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Mary Aileen Hamilton, granddaughter Kathy Jo Johnson, brothers, James Hamilton, Leonard Hamilton, Lewis Hamilton, and Walter Hamilton, sisters Patsy Grimes, Janette Thrower, and Jean Ryan.

Ira is survived by his brother Arvin Hamilton, sons, John Hamilton (Rhonda) of Jefferson, AR., and Ira Hamilton, Jr. (Christine) of Hayward, CA., daughters, Mary Elizabeth Brown (Lester) of Pine Bluff, AR., and Martha Sue Sweet (Steven) of Eagle Point, OR., 11 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution may be made to the American Heart Association in his honor.

Joycestine Jefferson

Mrs. Joycestine Goins- Jefferson passed away on March 29, 2020.

Survivors include her life-partner Willie Burns, daughter, Quwania Jefferson, son, Byron Burns, sister, JoAnn Goins-London, brothers, Oliver Goins, Jr., John Goins, Larry Goins, Fletcher Goins, Kelvin Goins and Tommy Goins; one grandchild, Danyelle Hopkins.

Due to the COVID 19, and in accordance with both state and federal mandates, a walk-through Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2020, from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm at the Paradise Funeral Home. Due to the guidelines set by CDC, we will only allow 5 at a time for public visitation. Once those (5) exits, another (5) will be allowed to enter the facility.

Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. on Friday, April 3, 2020, at Cypress Memorial Gardens with Pastor Charles Helloms officiating. We ask everyone in attendance to please stay (6ft.) apart and follow Social Distancing. Our family chose Paradise Funeral Home of Pine Bluff to provide a service we desired, but our loved one deserved. “Only Paradise Can Serve You Better!”

Levester Markham

Levester Markham Sr., 56, of Pine Bluff, AR/Fort Worth, TX, passed away on March 25, 2020. He was born April 25, 1963, in Pine Bluff, later moved to Wichita, KS, and on to Fort Worth, TX.

He is preceded in death by his father Willie Lee Markham Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Jeanetta Markham; two daughters, Shawndrika Markham, Brianne Markham; one son, Levester Markham II (Melissa), all of Fort Worth, Texas.

His mother, Dora Markham of Pine Bluff; and four sisters, Juanita Glass of Wichita, KS, Eula Williams, Jeanetta Johnson, Debra Coleman (Jimmy) all of Pine Bluff; two brothers, Norman Brown Jr. of Wichita, KS, Willie Lee Markham Jr. of Maine; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
