Currently we are seeking a Logistics Operator to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team. This person is a key individual to ensuring the flow of chassis and truck bodies. We are willing to train the right candidate. We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!Your Role in Our Mission:

• Prep chassis and finished assemblies for ship-out.
• Drive chassis onto trailers.
• Load large assemblies onto trailers using a crane.
• Transport finished trucks to local providers.
• Prep chassis for transportation.
• Start trucks.
• Check in new chassis including inspections, measurements, and documentation.
• Coordination between different departments to get trucks where needed on site.

To Perform this Job Successfully:

• CDL Class B preferred.
• Experience with crane and forklift operation.
• Experience with 12-volt wiring.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and use a tape measurer and hand tools efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office products.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others.
• Attention to detail.
• High level of awareness of the work environment and safety.
• Maintain a positive sense of teamwork, including the ability to maintain regular attendance.
