I considered Elaine a good friend. Nebraska quilters all benefited from her efforts to promote quilting throughout the state. I have many happy memories of working on projects with the Nebraska State Quilt Guild and traveling with Elaine to Houston for the International Quilt Show. My condolences to her family and friends.
