The property begins with an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen and an eight-seater dining table. Meanwhile, the sitting room comprises a wood-burning stove, a Smart TV, underfloor heating and floor-to-ceiling windows. There are four bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor with double zip and link beds and an en-suite shower room each. On the first floor, there is a large king-size bedroom with a luxury roll-top bath and Jack and Jill sinks. The final bedroom has a double bed with a shower room. Outside, you will have access to a private garden with stunning views and a dining table with enough space for 12 guests.

A further staircase leads to the master bedroom which features a king-size bed and a luxury en-suite with a shower and a free-standing bath. Outside, you will have access to a private garden with stunning views towards the Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds.

Both bedrooms share the hallway bathroom which contains a large shower. Outside, you will have access to a private garden with stunning views and outdoor furniture.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £2,000 prior to their stay.
