How long is The Polar Express ride in Texas? ›

To get the full experience, we recommend allowing 2 hours for the entire event. The round-trip train time to the North Pole and back is 60 minutes.

If you call and book accessible tickets, you will be seated in the Premium Class section of THE POLAR EXPRESS ™, which will feature all the usual Premium Class benefits. The coach which is accessible has a widened doorway, and is accessed via a ramp for wheelchairs.

The carriages are stationed so you can't see either end of the train. The carriages were decorated with tinsel and lights and there are toilets on the train. The journey was entertaining with music, dancing chefs, ghost hobo and the conductor. We had hot chocolate and a giant cookie.

On board, the train passengers will be entertained by characters from the film, served Hot Chocolate and a cookie from dancing Chefs and Waiters, as well as have their very own Golden Ticket punched by the Conductor.

It was amazing and worth every penny, the time and effort put into this event was amazing, I went with children aged from 8 years to 4 months and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all, even the adults. Perfect day would recommend to anyone as it reflected truly with the film.

Because of its suspenseful scenes, The Polar Express isn't suitable for children under 6-7 years. We also recommend parental guidance for children aged 8-13 years. These are the main messages from The Polar Express: Sometimes the most real things in the world are the things we can't see.
