Open the email from Quest and select Change or cancel your appointment for the appropriate appointment and then follow the prompts. If you are signed in, select View upcoming appointments, which opens the Appointments page in MyQuest, listing all of your upcoming appointments.

A payment may be required at the time of service for all past due balances. Quest Diagnostics reserves the right to refuse laboratory services for failure to pay for past services.

Sometimes incomplete or out-of-date demographic information gets sent with a lab test order. When this occurs, Quest Diagnostics can't always match a lab test result to your Quest Account, and in such cases, we can't send a lab test result to MyQuest.

Choosing between Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics ultimately depends on your specific healthcare needs, location, and personal preferences. Both labs are reputable, offer a wide range of services, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

Your results will not be shared with your primary doctor or other providers unless you decide to share your results directly. However, Quest Diagnostics and PWN will disclose your test results if required by law, such as to public health authorities, or as authorized by you.

There is a nonrefundable cancellation fee of $20, which includes the fee charged by PWN and Quest Diagnostics administrative fees. In some states, applicable taxes are nonrefundable as well. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment, there are no refunds. We are happy to reschedule your appointment, however, an additional consultation will be charged. Please email support@donefirst.com for assistance.

Can a patient order their own lab tests from Quest? ›

Purchase a test for yourself from Quest

Put yourself in control of your health by purchasing lab tests online from Quest without needing to wait for a doctor appointment.

How will I know when my purchase has expired? If you do not have your sample collected at a Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center within 60 days of your purchase, your purchase will expire.

If you need to chat with a real person, you can type "can I speak to a real person", "can I speak with a representative", or "can I speak with an agent" in Quest Chat.

Typically, our process takes a few weeks, depending on a variety of factors. For senior-level roles that may include more extensive interview schedules, it can take over a month.
