Just came in to get an iced mocha for a friend. Price is reasonable and the friend liked her mocha. I must say that even though I haven't been a huge fan of McDonald's in the last few decades except for a few items, they have made a pretty good transformation adding some of the healthy things to their menu and the coffee drinks as well! I will say this too. If you get bad service or trouble with your food at one location, try another. Don't write all McDonald's off because of one location. There ARE franchisees who actually do care about your experience!
Im not sure how this store receives 3.4 stars. Unfortunately it's one of the closest places to my work so I come a lot.Today (06/30/23) I came in at approximately 2:20 pm and there was one other customer in the store. I ordered on the kiosk and went to find a table. As stated, the dining room was empty but the tables were all messy. I cleaned my own table and sat down. At 2:31 I received my meal minus a water cup which the "server" forgot. The food did come out warm and I got to enjoy a man mooning me at the bar room table while ate. (Not employees fault but adds to the frustration.)
This is my large fry. And my 10-piece nugget with nine nuggets that are as old as can be. It’s always nice to get off work, go grab something to eat, and deal with the crappiest customer service ever. Then I get old food and I’m missing nuggets, and where are my fries? Incompetence at its best. The manager told me I could drive all the way back, but for what? I already see that you serve old food; your workers can’t even count to 10. I’m good at this location, but thanks. Laugh worthy! $11 down the drain.

Speed of service was okay, but customer service was poor. When I got to the drive-thru window to get my food the employee simply handed my food to me never said a word. I was putting my drinks in the cup holder and when I turned around the employee had the bag completely out the window almost in the window of my car and was rolling her eyes at me.
Loved my 1/2 cut iced tea.Haven't eaten at McDonald's in a while, so I cannot comment on this location's food.One server was fantastic, the other obviously wanted to be somewhere else.
