Best in class! Very hospitable, knowledgeable and FUN. - We dove 3 days with Dennis and Esme and they had everything covered; well kept gear, cold water, some sugary snacks, and great intel on the island. A-mazing job leading the groups with new and advanced divers. My wife has challenges equalizing, and they were quick to account accommodate. We will be back and will dive with JTD again. Highly recommend!

Fun diving experience ! - We really enjoyed our shore dives with our guide Leika. We saw many fishes and had a great time because we were a group of only 5 divers with similar diving experience. There was no rush in putting our gear and entering the water. Everything was cool. We asked that they pick us up near the cruise terminal and bring us back there after the dives. If we have a chance, we will go back diving with Jan Thiel Diving team.

Jan Thiel Diving - Overall, this was a very positive experience. Maurice was very knowledgeable, caring, and instructive. He took us to two very nice spots. The entry into both dive spots was challenging for us all. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand. I was expecting to walk into a sandy beach with ease. All of this was more challenging than I expected, but made for good stories afterward. My wife is a new diver and Maurice attuned and helpful to her. Maurice overcame a few challenges by shifting gears during his search for a spot. He had to move the car, unload the gear, and did it all with a smile.

Diving with Cas - Dove the Superior Producer shipwreck and double reef and can not recommend it enough. Saw squids, sea turtles, and lots of baracudas. Was able to dive into the shipwreck and explore the entire ship. 5-star diving with dive instructor Cas ("like Casper the ghost"). I stayed near Wilemstaad and they offered to pick me up as I am walking distance from the dive site and a 30-minute drive from Jan Thiel. No one was on the shore diving trip which made it all the more better. If (when*) I come back to Curacao I will be doing boat trips to Eastpunt and shore dives (car pile, plane wreck, etc.) with Jan Thiel diving.

Great dive shop with friendly owner and excellent Divemaster! - Diving with Jan Thiel was phenomenal! The rental gear was great, prices were very reasonable, we saw nice dive sites with a friendly, knowledgeable, and safe divemaster, Lieke. Cas, the owner, was able to arrange a beautiful boat dive to East Point (Oostpunt) as well. All in all, I would highly recommend Jan Thiel Diving, and I would love to come back! We really enjoyed our time.

Great dives at Tugboat and Directors Bay - I did two two dives at the locations Tugboat and Directors Bay. Both sites are really close to the dive shop, just a 5 minute drive in the van. The way Cas and Lieke work is really nice. On the shore they already show the route of the dive, which is really clear and nice to know. Both sites had a lot of fish and especially the corals in Directors Bay are amazing. I also really liked the tempo of the dive and every special view was pointed out clearly, so nobody missed a sighting. Definitely recommend to go diving with them.

Great service, nice skilled people - Went out on a rib for two dives at Oostpunt. My first dive wasn't successful because of too less weights, but the second was great with much corals and fish. Jan Thiel Diving offered me a free extra dive the day after which I believe is really great service. Spotted 5 sea turtles along the way. They also shot underwater photo's and shared these. Great price-quality, would recommend this dive school.

Amazing dives! - Great diving at Tugboat and Directors Bay. It was a time ago for when since my last dive. Did a refresh course followed by 2 dives. Great support from Cas during the dives.
